Plutio Team - any idea on what kind of timing we are looking at here?

Do not do ANYTHING like Flowlu!! I switched to Plutio from Flowlu because they do NOT understand true project management or sales processes for micro/small businesses. Flowlu's focus is more on freelance developers - which should NOT be Plutio's target audience - there are way too many systems for freelance developers.
Plutio should and can dominate the market by focusing on the micro (2-10 employees/contractors) and very small (10-50 employees/contractors) businesses and agencies (marketing and creative agencies).

You are right, Cameron (I've done a lot with Flowlu) - but even so, incorporating more of a built-in lead flow/marketing funnel in Plutio would be helpful for small businesses. I have one built out in Plutio as a project, but it is not quite the same.

Oh I wasn't saying for them to not incorporate a CRM, I was just telling them not to do it like Flowlu. Sorry if that wasn't clear.

We totally need this! That's the only part I miss from flowlu. Being able to do interactions linked to a client or a project!

IF Plutio adds CRM features it will be really exiting to see how many users may be coming to it... I was using Bitrix24 for a long time, but now is not affordable, and it was a tool with a lot of possibilities. I do not expect something similar. PLutio is a very nice and understandable tool!, but with more CRM possibilities, it will be making life easier, as I can be leaving other tools, and fully migrate to Plutio, excepting my marketing automation, that i use to do with Mautic

Any updates on that? We would like to be able to track all activities for clients. The CRM feature need love :-)

My dream would be to be able to categorize the activity so we can choose the visibility of the note on a "per role" basis. We could have 3 types of notes : Public (Visible to everyone), Sensitive (Visible to specific user role we can choose) and Private (Granular control on individual team members)

i hope contacts and crm will be separated, as not all contacts will be clients. or enable crm features for only client user role, or multiple roles we choose.

I want to be able to view everything we've done for the client/prospect including notes, phone calls, emails, etc. If a client says they need something, I want to be able to track when that project was started, who worked on it, any emails we've sent, etc.

I'm not sure what Marco is asking for in features but I can tell you that the largest selling point for me is CRM. It must be flawless so any movement in improving and refining the CRM portion is a big thumbs up from me.
