Any updates on that? We would like to be able to track all activities for clients. The CRM feature need love :-)
My dream would be to be able to categorize the activity so we can choose the visibility of the note on a "per role" basis. We could have 3 types of notes : Public (Visible to everyone), Sensitive (Visible to specific user role we can choose) and Private (Granular control on individual team members)
i hope contacts and crm will be separated, as not all contacts will be clients. or enable crm features for only client user role, or multiple roles we choose.

I want to be able to view everything we've done for the client/prospect including notes, phone calls, emails, etc. If a client says they need something, I want to be able to track when that project was started, who worked on it, any emails we've sent, etc.
Import everthing via CSV from other platfroms
I'm not sure what Marco is asking for in features but I can tell you that the largest selling point for me is CRM. It must be flawless so any movement in improving and refining the CRM portion is a big thumbs up from me.
